Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores, tailoring presentations to individual needs. Engage shoppers to build rapport, escort them to displays, and assist with product selections while maintaining professional relationships with store management and staff. Train retail associates on HP products and services, ensure displays remain clean and demo-ready, and accurately document sales and report competitive insights. Meet monthly sales quotas and maintain customer satisfaction by addressing objections and resolving issues. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately while adhering to a flexible schedule including Saturdays, Sundays, and Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
