Job Summary
Part-time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy (Madison, WI). Responsibilities include demonstrating HP products to customers, tailoring demonstrations to individual needs, building rapport with customers and store staff, training retail store associates on HP products and services, maintaining clean and functional displays, reporting competitive insights, and contributing to meeting sales goals. Must engage customers, guide product selections, document and report sales activity, and support a positive customer experience in a retail environment. Comfortable with technology, customer-facing roles, and flexible scheduling including weekends. Training provided; DailyPay and technology reimbursement offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
