Job Summary
Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate in Madison Heights, MI to demonstrate HP products at Best Buy, engage and build rapport with customers, and create a memorable experience. Responsibilities include demonstrating HP products and services, maintaining displays for cleanliness and readiness, training store associates on HP products and services, reporting activity and competitive insights, and meeting personal sales goals in a retail store environment. The role requires problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiasm, strong communication and customer-service skills, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast
- Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
- Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
- Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus
- Training or product demonstration experience a plus
