Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores, tailoring presentations to individual needs. Engage shoppers to build rapport, escort them to displays, and suggest products that fit their requirements. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff while training retail associates on HP offerings. Keep displays clean, functional, and demo-ready, then accurately document and report all sales activity to Retail Operations. Meet monthly sales quotas and track customer satisfaction metrics while ensuring workstations remain organized and presentable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
