Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores, engaging customers to build rapport and tailor demonstrations to their needs. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff while training retail associates on HP products and services. Keep displays clean, functional, and demo-ready, then accurately document and report sales and competitive insights to Retail Operations. Meet monthly sales quotas and ensure workstations remain organized and presentable at all times. This role requires one year of job experience and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
