Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers, tailor presentations to their needs, and build rapport while maintaining professional relationships with store management and staff. Engage shoppers to create memorable experiences, escort them to displays, and suggest products that fit their specific requirements. Maintain displays for cleanliness and functionality, accurately document and report sales, and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results. Meet personal sales goals on a monthly basis and ensure workstations remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Submit paperwork completely and accurately while maintaining customer confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- 1-year job experience
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

- Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless
- Training or product demonstration experience
