Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers, tailor presentations to their needs, and build rapport to drive sales. Maintain display cleanliness and functionality, report competitive insights, and accurately document all sales activity. Escort customers to displays, assess their requirements, and suggest appropriate products while meeting monthly sales quotas. Train retail associates on HP products and services, maintain professional relationships with store management, and submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
