Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores, tailoring presentations to individual needs while building rapport and professional relationships with store management. Engage shoppers to overcome objections, escort them to displays, and suggest products that fit their specific requirements. Maintain display cleanliness and functionality, accurately document and report sales, and ensure workstations remain organized and presentable. Meet monthly sales quotas and submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Requires six months of prior retail experience and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
