Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores while engaging customers to build rapport and tailor demonstrations to their needs. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff, train retail associates on HP products, and ensure displays remain clean and demo-ready. Document and report sales accurately, track competitive insights, and meet monthly sales quotas. This part-time role requires up to 15 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
