Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores while engaging customers to build rapport and tailor demonstrations to their needs. Maintain displays for cleanliness and functionality, train retail associates on HP products, and report competitive insights. Meet monthly sales goals by directly assisting customers, escorting them to displays, and accurately documenting all sales activity. Ensure workstations remain clean, organized, and presentable while submitting paperwork completely. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff, and report all activity to Retail Operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
