Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers, engage in selling processes to overcome objections, and build rapport with clients and store management. Maintain professional displays, document sales accurately, and meet monthly quotas while tracking activity to Retail Operations. Train retail associates on HP products and services, and submit paperwork completely and accurately. This part-time role at Micro Center requires up to 15 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
