Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor presentations to their specific needs while building rapport and professional relationships with store staff. Engage shoppers in the selling process to overcome objections, escort them to displays, and assist in making selections. Maintain display cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness, then accurately document and report sales and competitive insights. Meet monthly sales quotas and ensure workstations remain organized and presentable. Submit all paperwork completely and maintain customer confidentiality. This part-time role at Best Buy Miami requires a tech-savvy enthusiast with retail experience, offering weekly pay and technology reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
