Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores, tailoring presentations to their specific needs. Engage shoppers to build rapport, escort them to displays, and suggest products that fit their requirements. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff while training retail associates on HP offerings. Ensure displays remain clean, functional, and demo-ready. Document sales accurately, report competitive insights, and submit all paperwork completely. Meet monthly sales quotas and maintain customer satisfaction standards. This part-time role offers up to 15 hours per week with Saturday and Sunday availability, including next-day pay and a $25 monthly technology reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
