Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers, tailor presentations to their needs, and build rapport while maintaining professional relationships with store staff. Engage shoppers by escorting them to displays, assessing requirements, and suggesting appropriate products to help them make confident selections. Maintain display cleanliness and functionality, accurately document sales, and report competitive insights to Retail Operations. Meet monthly sales quotas and ensure workstations remain organized and presentable at all times. This part-time role offers up to 15 hours per week with Saturday and Sunday availability, including next-day pay and technology reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
