Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores, tailoring presentations to individual needs. Engage shoppers to build rapport, escort them to displays, and suggest products that fit their requirements. Maintain professional displays for cleanliness and functionality while accurately documenting and reporting all sales and competitive insights. Train retail associates on HP products and services, and meet monthly sales quotas through direct selling and objection handling. Submit paperwork completely and accurately, ensuring workstations remain organized and functional throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
