HP Product Engineer – Mechanical (Phetchaburi-Based)

Job Summary
Provide product and process engineering support for Inkjet printer manufacturing operations, including pilot builds, production ramp, and manufacturing readiness. Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues by collaborating with production, quality, Singapore engineering, R&D Labs, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collect factory data and failure information to support process improvement activities that enhance product quality, yield, cycle time, and overall factory performance. Coordinate issue communication and technical summaries across local and regional teams while validating engineering fixes and manufacturing improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, product engineering, quality engineering, factory support, or a related field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, product assembly, production troubleshooting, and process improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a factory environment and collaborate with production, quality, engineering, supplier, and cross-site teams
- Strong English communication, both verbal and written, and good interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with 3D CAD software, statistical analysis, data visualization, programming, AI/ML tools, or automation
- Interest in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and data-driven problem solving
- Black Belt capability
