Job Summary
Demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories at a Best Buy store, engaging customers to build rapport and suggest products based on their needs. Maintain professional relationships with retail partners and train store associates on HP innovations while ensuring workstations remain clean and demo-ready. Drive revenue growth by meeting monthly sales quotas, accurately documenting transactions, and reporting competitive insights to Retail Operations. Work Friday through Sunday up to 14 hours weekly with next-day pay on demand.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year job experience
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
