Job Summary
Demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories at Best Buy stores by engaging customers, assessing needs, and suggesting products to drive unit sales. Maintain merchandising standards for demo-readiness, train retail associates on PC innovation, and build professional relationships with store partners. Document and report all sales activity accurately while meeting monthly quota goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires one year of job experience and availability for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts up to 14 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- 1-year job experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
