Job Summary
Demonstrate HP products to customers, tailor presentations to their needs, and build rapport while maintaining professional relationships with store staff and management. Engage with shoppers to overcome objections, escort them to displays, and suggest products that fit their requirements. Maintain display cleanliness and functionality, document sales accurately, and report competitive insights to Retail Operations. Meet monthly sales quotas and submit paperwork completely and accurately while adhering to a flexible schedule of Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year job experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus
- Training or product demonstration experience a plus
- Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast
- Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
- Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
- Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
