Job Summary
Provide instructional support under the direction of the teacher: implement instructional activities, assist in lesson plan preparation and data collection, and be prepared to perform instructional duties as prescribed. Support behavior management as directed, assist with physical management when required, and help maintain the classroom. Participate in trainings, staffing, and faculty meetings, adhere to confidentiality policies under IDEA, follow Benton School Board policies, and perform other duties as assigned (e.g., lunchroom, recess, bus).
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 60 college hours or Praxis ParaPro test
