Job Summary
As a Financial Relationship Banker in Houston at Huntington, you will retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. You will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, educate customers on optimizing bank technology (online, mobile, ATM), deepen relationships through referrals and a disciplined sales process, and ensure adherence to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
