Job Summary
The Document Control Coordinator at Aquatech will maintain and control records for various operational departments, examine and verify documents for accuracy, liaise with document originators to resolve discrepancies, and manage documentation throughput. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is necessary, as well as a strong understanding of document management processes. The role requires organization of documentation, archiving processes, clerical work, and adherence to all essential functions related to document control.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in Administrative / Document Control
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
