Manage end-to-end air export shipments including booking, billing, documentation, and regulatory compliance; coordinate with clients, carriers, warehouses, and government agencies; prepare bills of lading, export filings, and shipment quotations; monitor hazardous materials shipments in accordance with applicable regulations; proactively resolve client issues and identify process improvements. 3+ years of freight forwarding or related logistics experience; strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation; excellent communication, math, and organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail; CargoWise experience preferred.
