Housing Support Worker - Doncaster Complex Needs

Support residents with complex needs by completing support plans, risk assessments, and occupancy agreements to foster independent living. Act as keyworkers to assist with moving in or out of accommodation, managing personal budgets, and maximizing income while ensuring rent and utility payments are made. Liaise with external bodies such as the Probation Service and Local Authorities to negotiate arrears and maintain constructive working relations. Monitor property consumption, compliance with occupancy agreements, and resident activities while keeping prescribed records for audit. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and office duty arrangements to cover absent colleagues and attend required training.
