Job Summary
Overnight Housing Support Worker providing primary contact for youth in a housing program, focusing on housing and support to youth who are MCFD involved. Works in a team environment using a holistic approach to address mental health, life skills, community supports, and individual goals for the next day. Role is 10-hour Friday and Saturday shifts from 8:00pm to 6:00am in Victoria, BC, with a base hourly wage of $26.74-$31.00 plus a $2.00 overnight premium. Requires a relevant bachelor's degree (Social Work or Child & Youth Care) and 1-2 years of experience with vulnerable youth; ASIST/NVCI training is an asset. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Child & Youth Care
- 1-2 years' experience working with vulnerable populations and at-risk youth
- ASIST training and NVCI training is an asset

- Criminal Record Check
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wraparound care team
