Job Summary
Assist management in HR-related duties including monitoring employee relations, handling and resolving HR issues, ensuring compliance of hiring processes with laws and company policies, maintaining employee records (e.g., interview documents, I-9s), coordinating annual employee surveys, and supporting management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees. Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and management, respond to inquiries, disseminate information on employer-employee relations, policies and programs, and maintain confidentiality. Performs general office tasks such as answering calls, moving objects up to 10 pounds, and utilizing computers/POS systems. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related work experience with supervisory experience preferred; Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
