Housing Stability Coordinator-Resident Engage

Assess client needs, develop service plans, and collaborate with providers to support healthy, independent living. Provide individual case management, supportive counseling, advocacy, and act as a referral source to community resources. Secure and maintain safe, quality, affordable housing for new or existing clients while fostering a supportive environment. Work Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends, including portfolio travel. Salary is $25–$28/hr with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
