Job Summary
Conduct trauma-informed assessments, develop individualized service plans, and deliver ongoing case management and advocacy to support individuals experiencing housing instability, with a primary focus on survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes. Perform safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to community-based resources to increase self-sufficiency and promote independent living. Secure and maintain safe, quality, affordable housing for new or existing residents while fostering a supportive environment. This Full Time role includes Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm hours with occasional nights and weekends, plus travel throughout the assigned portfolio.
