Job Summary
Housing Coordinator will manage daily operations of a transitional housing facility, including intake coordination, development of individualized housing plans for women and children in transition, and securing permanent housing. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and community partners; ensuring health and safety compliance; providing crisis intervention and conflict resolution support; and maintaining accurate resident documentation for reporting. Requires 3+ years in social services or housing coordination and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
