Job Summary
Initiate contact with participants to gather housing history and develop focused strategies for self-sufficiency and permanent housing. Assist clients in finding appropriate housing while providing tenant education on rental and landlord responsibilities. Maintain constant open communication with landlords to build trusting relationships and ensure longevity in placements. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support treatment goals, including symptom management, skill building, and behavioral health monitoring. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred and 1 to 2 years of mental health treatment experience. Pay is $21/hr with comprehensive benefits including dental, health, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, etc.)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a mental health-related treatment program
- MAP Certified
