Job Summary
Assist individuals and families in locating, securing, and maintaining stable housing through virtual or in-person assessments and intake interviews. Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and housing programs to secure opportunities while maintaining accurate documentation in digital case management systems. Support clients in understanding rental agreements and tenant rights, then conduct follow-ups to ensure ongoing housing stability. Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to provide wraparound support services, attending occasional in-person meetings or property visits within Alameda County. This fully remote role supports a mission-driven team focused on housing security and holistic wellness.
Required Qualifications
