Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, housing authorities, housing advocates, and the Department of Mental Health to support individuals in securing stable housing. Educate agency staff on housing subsidies, entitlements, and available opportunities while tracking and managing all public and contract-based rental assistance. Assist teams and individuals in obtaining state and federal housing subsidies and navigating the application process, ensuring services are culturally and linguistically appropriate. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field, experience in residential settings with adults experiencing severe mental illness, and a valid Massachusetts driver's license. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm with an annual salary of $49,358.
