Job Summary
Manage a caseload of individuals experiencing homelessness; provide client-centered housing services, secure entitlements, coordinate housing placements with landlords and external agencies, liaise with DHS and other providers to facilitate the housing process, provide housing retention services after placement, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and provide emergency first aid/CPR as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Significant experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
- experience securing entitlements and housing
- knowledge of mental illness and substance abuse
- demonstrated writing, communication and group facilitation skills
- bilingual abilities a plus
- proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- CPR training certification or willingness to complete CPR
