Job Summary

Develop emergency plans and individual housing supporting plans for 5-7 residents through monthly meetings, utilizing harm reduction interventions and trauma-informed care techniques. Conduct Housing Quality Standards inspections, facilitate social and recreational activities, and coordinate community resources for employment, education, and mentoring. Supervise 3-7 Case Managers by leading monthly team reviews, approving timesheets, and ensuring quarterly quality control of case files. Maintain accurate documentation, including incident reports and data collection systems, while managing program budgets and supply ordering. Collaborate with property management and community partners to support resident self-sufficiency and housing stability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work (or related field)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
A valid CA driver's license
Proof of insurance
A reliable vehicle
Knowledge of the county's Coordinated Entry System
Knowledge of HMIS
Knowledge of the legal and ethical issues pertaining to housing, including Fair Housing practices
Knowledge of mental health and addiction issues
Working knowledge of mental health and co-occurring disorders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
