Job Summary
The Housing Services Case Manager will provide direct case management and support services to a caseload of 20 formerly chronically homeless residents. Responsibilities include assisting participants in obtaining necessary services such as benefits and housing linkages, developing housing stabilization plans, and conducting apartment checks to ensure safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in social services, particularly with vulnerable populations and at-risk youth. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social services setting
- Valid California driver’s license
- Current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record
