Job Summary
Housing Resource Navigator with full-time responsibilities to provide outreach, intake, care management, advocacy, and referrals via the Navigating Hope Mobile Outreach Van and the Our Promise Drop-in Center. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, facilitating access to shelter and transportation, coordinating services through Coordinated Entry, performing Single Stop screenings, maintaining confidential records, contributing to HMIS and data reporting dashboards, liaising with county service providers, and collaborating with staff and interns to achieve positive client outcomes. Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; travel across Morris County and operate within a Housing First framework.
Required Qualifications
- BSW or MSW
- LAC, LPC or Related
- Bilingual a Plus
- Experience Working Directly with Low –Income or Homeless Families Preferred
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication
- Efficient/Timely Documentation Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to Work Independently or Within a Team
- Background Check, Valid NJ Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle Required
- A willingness to travel around the county
