Job Summary
Meet with participants to foster strong relationships, guide them in creating housing-related goals, and track their progress. Connect individuals with social service resources and programs while helping them develop tailored action plans to achieve stable housing. Commit to your own growth through training and share your experience with the community. This role runs September 2026–July 2027 for 40 hours per week during daytime hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule, depending on the agreed upon hours commitment
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
