Job Summary
Housing Resident Support at Harris Apartments provides basic support to residents of the apartment complex, including monitoring camera systems and perimeter checks, documenting incidents and behavior changes, assisting with the Good Works Program, and maintaining a safe environment. The role requires empathetic, professional interaction with residents, logging of events and activities for case managers, and coordination with the EMG Property Management team. Duties include documenting violations, recording incidents, and assisting with on-site resident activities; staff may operate in shifts across early morning, afternoon, and overnight hours. Required qualifications include CPR certification, proficiency with Office 365 and Google Suite, strong note-taking/record-keeping, attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a team. Compensation starts at $16/hour for Part Time/PRN roles, with benefits available.
Required Qualifications
