Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in a student housing program with field operations in Avondale/Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include inspecting housing units, performing quality control on maintenance and cleaning vendors, issuing resident notices, and strengthening relationships with apartment communities, while handling administrative duties. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, a professional appearance, and customer service experience in a student-residence environment. Required Qualifications
- High school education, military service, OR relevant work experience
