Job Summary
The Housing Operations & Communications Manager leads operational excellence and strategic outreach to support 2,200+ students annually and 2,000 summer guests. The role oversees contracts, occupancy management, billing, and a 24/7 service desk, while supervising full-time and student staff. Responsibilities include ADA compliance, safety, communications with students and campus partners, development of housing operating policies, IT inventory and system improvements, room turnover, front desk and mailroom coverage, budgeting, staff development, and coordinating with University Police, Emergency Management, and facilities staff. The position requires strategic planning for staff support, campus housing operations, and a commitment to an inclusive, student-centered residential experience. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, experience living in on-campus housing, and 3-5 years of supervising staff; a Master's Degree is preferred. The home campus is Green Bay, and the role is a full-time Academic Staff appointment with compensation in the range of $62,000-$67,000. The University does not sponsor H-1B visas for this position.
