Job Summary
End-to-end tenancy management leader for a 6-month fixed-term contract in a not-for-profit housing association. Deliver proactive tenancy services, embed high service culture, assess housing needs via choice-based letting and transfers, manage rent arrears and court representations, monitor voids and KPIs, address ASB and safeguarding matters, oversee estate and facilities management, coordinate lettings and allocations, and maintain knowledge of welfare reforms. Requires a full UK driving licence and DBS check. Location: Luton (East of England). Hybrid/remote not indicated; role is in-person between sites with travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
- DBS check (suitable for safeguarding)
- Experience in tenancy management or housing-related roles
- Knowledge of welfare benefits and welfare reforms
- Ability to build relationships with customers and external partners
