Job Summary
Deliver tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services across your locality while acting as a trusted point of contact for customers. Build relationships with local authorities, community groups, and partner agencies to shape services based on customer feedback. Maintain accurate customer records, ensure compliance with legislation, and use data insights to improve service delivery. Manage a mix of working from home, office, and extensive travel across the area to meet clients and colleagues. Requires a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Based from the Exeter Office two days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering tenancy, lease, or neighbourhood management services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and resolve complex issues
- A collaborative approach, working across teams and with external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of landlord services and the ability to apply this in practice
- A customer-first mindset, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes
- Confidence using digital tools to support service delivery
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Must be available for extensive travel across the area
- Must be available for working from home, office and out with customers, colleagues and partner agencies
- Must be able to maintain accurate customer records and ensure data is used responsibly
- Must be able to promote SNG's values and culture of collaboration, safety, and inclusion
- Must be able to deliver excellent tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services across locality
- Must be able to act as a trusted point of contact for customers
- Must be able to build relationships with local authorities, community groups, and partner agencies
- Must be able to use data insights to improve services and ensure compliance with legislation and regulations
- Must be able to support neighbourhood improvements and shape services based on the voice of customers
- Must be able to play a key role in tenancy, lease, and neighbourhood management
- Must be able to ensure services are safe, compliant, and responsive
- Must be able to be visible and proactive within community
- Must be able to work directly with residents, colleagues, and partners to deliver customer-focused services
- Must be able to manage own diary
- Must be able to work 2 days a week from Exeter Office
- Must be able to pass a Basic DBS check
