Job Summary
ASB Housing Officer role (Full-time, Grade 6) focused on investigating and managing anti-social behaviour cases, liaising with residents, local authorities and external agencies, conducting estate inspections, maintaining accurate case records, and providing guidance to residents. Requires experience in social housing or equivalent transferable skills, strong conflict-resolution and communication abilities, knowledge of relevant housing legislation, and proficiency with housing management software Open Housing and Microsoft Office. On-site daily, front-line office-based role in Romford, UK; must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience of working in social housing or equivalent transferrable skills
- A degree or housing qualification, such as CIH, is preferable, but not essential.
