Job Summary
Assess housing needs and develop discharge plans for participants following incarceration, then connect them to permanent housing aligned with eligibility criteria. Complete housing applications and paperwork, advocate with landlords and property managers, and survey rental markets to identify affordable opportunities. Maintain a landlord database, coordinate placements with case managers, and track outcomes for reporting. Conduct routine community outreach and participate in events to expand housing access and strengthen partnerships.

- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Annual Tuberculosis test
- Two (2) years' experience as a Job Developer, Employment Specialist, or similar position
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to defend oneself and clients in physically abusive situations using approved physical de-escalation techniques
- Ability to defend oneself and clients in mentally/verbally abusive situations using approved mental/verbal de-escalation techniques
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to work in emotionally charged settings
- Regional travel
