Job Summary

Housing Monitor role focuses on ensuring safety and security of residents, staff and visitors, providing structured programming to promote independent living, and serving as liaison with community resource agencies to coordinate needed services. On-site, full-time shift with 24/7 on-call coverage to address urgent situations within the facility; responsibilities include maintaining order, supporting housing services, and using HMIS knowledge to assist residents and program operations. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months in human services (preferably with homeless populations), CPR/First Aid certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; additional preferred experience with homeless/offender populations and HMIS. Compensation ranges between $17.30 and $23.35 hourly, with benefits eligibility after 30 days for full-time roles.

Required Qualifications
