Job Summary
Overnight weekend role monitoring lodge/shelter residents: accepts and processes residents, receipts fees, and oversees safety and compliance during assigned shift; maintains accurate records and logs; ensures lodge/shelter is neat and orderly; checks rooms and fire equipment, handles client intake cards, and monitors security through windows, doors, and cameras; conducts rounds, addresses unique situations, wakes residents at designated times, and ensures check-out by specified times. Requires ability to meet attendance, read/write/communicate in English, respond calmly to emergencies, and perform alternating standing/sitting/walking within a lodge/shelter environment. Education/experience: High school diploma or GED and one year of security work or social service experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
