Housing Maintenance Coordinator (32 Hours Per Week)

Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule property maintenance, manage maintenance requests and invoicing, coordinate pest control, purchase equipment, track warranties per HUD guidelines, develop and maintain a list of outside contractors, perform property inspections, meet with contractors/consultants/architects to resolve time-delay issues, schedule REAC and annual inspections and send notices, stay updated on Fair Housing issues and program changes, and support various maintenance-related responsibilities with occasional travel to Stuart, FL and Brevard County, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Good motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HUD residential Program standards preferred
