Job Summary
Housing Law Caseworker roles based in North West Wales (Rhyl or Felinheli) within Shelter Cymru's Housing Services team. The post-holders will contribute to delivering a National Housing Advice Service across North West Wales through a mix of centre, court, and surgery-based services, with a flexible, hybrid working approach and a minimum of 1 day per week in office. Key duties include providing housing-law-focused casework, legal information and advocacy to clients, supporting asylum/homelessness and tenancy-related issues, and working within a distributed team to ensure accessible advice across Wales. Required Qualifications
- Experience in housing law or advisory work

- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Understanding of homelessness, tenancy, and housing rights issues
- Ability to work within Shelter Cymru’s housing services team
- Knowledge of centre, court, and surgery-based service delivery
