Job Summary
Graduate Assistant in Housing & Residence Life supporting the Residence Hall Association (RHA), leadership development, programming, and summer housing/conference operations. Responsibilities include advising RHA, facilitating goal setting and meetings, recruiting/training/retaining RHA leaders, planning and assessing programs, coordinating summer housing programs, handling client relations and housing logistics, assisting with budget development and financial tracking, data reporting, and collaboration with campus partners. Requires admission to or enrollment in a graduate degree program and a Bachelor's degree; part-time role (~20 hours/week) with on-campus housing allowance and tuition discount as compensation. Emphasis on student leadership development, community engagement, and enhancing summer revenue generation.
Required Qualifications
- Admission to or enrollment in a graduate degree program
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated interest in student leadership development and/or residence life
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
