Housing Focused Shelter Team Lead

Shelter Team Lead at The Mustard Seed in Medicine Hat leads Housing Focused Shelter Workers and manages daily operations, crisis intervention, and coaching across shifts. Responsibilities include supervising staff and volunteers, conducting intake, assessments, and referrals for shelter participants, carrying a caseload of 4-5 clients, maintaining a warm, safe space, and building relationships with guests.
